Unrivaled views and summertime fare on The Terrace
The Terrace at Trump is a urban paradise, located 16 stories high above the city
which offers a sophisticated atmosphere, unrivaled views and summertime fare.
Chef Devin Keller – who has worked with Chef Thomas Lents at two Michelin-starred
Sixteen – collaborated to conceptualize a new al fresco menu inspired by flavor
profiles from around the world. Highlights include Grilled Focaccia and Burrata Toast
with heirloom tomato jam; Maine Lobster Roll with charred corn, tomato and bibb
lettuce on a New England bun; The Terrace Kale Lyonnaise Salad with soft poached
egg, bacon lardon and fingerling potato with haricots vert and baby kale; Ricotta and
Prosciutto Flatbread with slowly roasted cherry tomatoes, caramelized onions and
baby arugula; and Jumbo Lump Crab and Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with jumbo
lump crab, zucchini and upland cress. Guests may share one of the indulgent
Chilled Shellfish Towers featuring multiple tiers of Maine Lobster, jumbo Alaskan
King Crab Legs, colossal shrimp, fresh oysters and more. Guests can also feast on
A Terrace Picnic for the whole table including a choice of crispy fried chicken or
BBQ St. Louis-style ribs with coleslaw, German potato salad, fresh corn on the cob
and brownies and blondies to finish.
For the ultimate summertime dessert experience, the truly indulgent 100 Dollar
Sundae returns to this year’s menu, featuring 20 scoops of ice cream presented on
a Lazy Susan with a bevy of irresistible toppings such as chocolate crunch, milk
chocolate Rocher, pistachio nougat, raspberries, strawberry pearls, mascarpone
cream, griottes and caramel and chocolate sauce.
Other tantalizing options include Baked Alaska with vanilla lime cake, white
chocolate pearls, blueberry ice cream, torched meringue, blueberries compote,
brown butter streusel, peach sorbet and raspberry coulis, Coconut Cream Pie with
Graham cracker crust, coconut custard, coconut cream, toasted coconut and
espresso powder. Peach Melba with almond financier, peaches, brown sugar
streusel, peach sorbet and raspberry coulis; and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake with
flourless chocolate cake, dark chocolate mousse, peanut butter mousse, caramel
corn, banana ice cream, chocolate sauce and caramelized bananas.
The tropical and spirit-forward beverage program features fresh fruits and local
ingredients, artisanal ice (included infused varieties) and hand-selected glassware to
create an exceptional imbibing experience for guests.
